My name is D Jeff Kennedy. I am a home inspector and the owner/operator of Stone Eagle Home Inspections, LLC. I am a 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force and served in three major campaigns in the Middle East. I have been a Florida resident for over 40 years. I have an MBA from the University of South Dakota, a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and an Associates in Science from Manatee Community College.
These days I am a full time professional home inspector; skilled, trained and 100% committed to the business of providing the most professional, objective, comprehensive and accurate reports in the Home Inspection business. I do not spray pesticides. I am not a contractor who has a "day job" and does home inspections on the side for a few extra bucks. When choosing a home inspector, it's essential to find one who can provide an objective analysis of the condition of your home. I do not perform repairs on properties that I have inspected, as this would create a conflict of interest and is not permitted per the code of ethics of ANY Nationally recognized Home Inspection Association.
I have passed the Florida Home Inspectors Certification Test through Inter NACHI and have met the rigorous requirements to carry the title of both "ASHI and Inter NACHI associate Inspector. I meet or exceed the Home Inspection " Standards of Practice" set forth by The American Society of Home Inspectors & The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. ASHI SOP & NACHI SOP. I Firmly believe in, and practice, continuing education. A requirement for all Certified Home Inspectors.

If I miss anything on your inspection, per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice, InterNACHI will buy your home back and pay you whatever price you paid for the home within 90 days of closing- it's that simple.
